- USING REMSW.EXE
-
-
- REMSW.EXE is used to remove the lock placed on your disk
- by the shareware version of ASTRO. The lock is a small file
- which tells ASTRO how many times the shareware version has
- started up. The mechanism that uses this is only found in the
- shareware version. This lock file will cause you no problems
- with your system but is taking up space and a file entry in
- your directory. Run this program to remove this file from
- your disk.
- To run this program type REMSW [ A | B | C | D ] {ENTER}
- on the DOS command line. Enter one drive letter as a command
- line argument after REMSW, it can be any valid drive letter.
- You should run this on any disk that the shareware version of
- ASTRO was run on.
- Thank You for properly registering ASTRO.
